Who is this program for?

Golfers! You don't have to be a scratch or professional. It's for anyone who loves the game and wants to improve their body on and off the course.

How is it different from other programs?

Beginning with a live stream video movement assessment, a program will be designed to specifically address your needs and limitations. You receive in depth planning of weekly workouts, daily mobility drills and check in coaching calls each week to keep you on track, highlight your success and brainstorm how to overcome obstacles. 

Do I have to belong to a gym?

Nope. While having access to a gym would be beneficial, you don't have to belong to one. Workouts are modified to your specific situation and what you have access to. 

What will this program do for me?

This program is designed to address your movement limitations and improve them through mobility, stability and strength. This allows you to hit it further, be more flexible and play pain free golf.

I've never done online training before, does it work?

Yep! I've trained people in person and online for years and have seen incredible results for both. Right off the bat it's important to highlight that you need to be accountable and do the work. If you do so, you will transform your body, feel better and play better. Other benefits of training online include: not going to the gym if you don't want to, freedom of your workout schedule, stronger accountability and support from me, more cost effective than working with a trainer multiple times per week, and you get to make sure we are a great fit to work together during our initial intake call!

I'm inexperienced with exercise, is this for me? I currently exercise regularly, can I do both?

For the inexperienced gym goer/exerciser, absolutely this program is still appropriate for you as it focuses on mobility and fundamental movements needed to develop strength. For those of you who currently workout or follow a program, the GMA program can be a great addition to that and blend in with your current regimen. We'll discuss exactly what you're currently doing so there isn't too much overlap and ensure we are covering all bases of your wellness routine to maximize performance in the gym and on the course.
